考虑多维度影响因素的风电场发电量损失量化分析方法研究

摘要 目前风电行业通常采用弃风电量、等效利用小时数等指标进行风电场运行性能的总体评价,但对风电场发电量损失的分析主要依靠经验定性判断,缺乏系统的量化分析手段,无法掌握发电量损失的具体原因及影响程度。文章针对性的提出了一种基于多维度影响因素的风电场发电量损失分析方法,综合考虑风资源、电网限功率、电气设备故障陪停、机组故障和发电性能劣化等影响因素,提出了各发电量损失环节的定量化计算方法,并通过实例分析验证了方法的有效性,实现了风电场发电量损失的量化评价,为风电场针对性的制定运行控制、检修策略和技改大修计划提供了依据,同时为解决风电弃风问题决策提供了参考。 At present,curtailed wind power,the equivalent availability hours and other indicators are usually used for evaluating the performance of wind farm. However,the analysis of wind farm power loss mainly depends on the qualitative judgment by the experience,the specific cause of the power loss and the degree of influence can not be mastered because of the lack of systematic quantitative analysis methods. This paper puts forward a method to analyze the power loss of wind farm based on multi-dimensional influencing factors. Considering the influence factors such as wind resource,power limit,fault of electrical equipment,wind turbine failure and deterioration of power generation performance,the quantitative calculation method of the power loss of power farm is put forward,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an example. The quantitative evaluation of wind farm power loss is realized,which is provided for the operational control,maintenance and technical overhaul of the wind farm,and providing a reference for solving the decision-making of curtailed wind power at the same time.
