摘要
通过对水泵叶片翼型的设计,应用软件建立其三维数学模型,基于CFD数值模拟技术,分析3种叶片翼型对水泵性能的影响。经研究可以得到最优模型,再通过模型试验和现场测试的方法研究优化后泵装置的性能。在叶片安放角为0°时,淮安一站原型数值模拟结果与换算后的原型试验参数进行数值模拟,从而得出,淮安一站机组数值模拟和模型试验结果曲线变化规律一致,流量—扬程曲线基本吻合,流量—效率曲线也基本一致。总体来说,模型试验和数值模拟结果较为吻合,数值模拟结果较为可信。
Through the design of the blade airfoil of the pump, the three-dimensional mathematical model was established by using the software, and the influence of the 3 vane airfoils on the performance of the pump was analyzed based on CFD numerical simulation technology. The optimal model could be obtained by studying, and then the performance of the optimized pump could be studied by model test and field test. When the blade angle was 0 degree, the prototype numerical simulation results and the prototype test parameters after conversion of No. 1 Huai'an pumping station were numerically simulated, and the results showed the curve changes of numerical simulation results and model test results were consistent. The flow-head curve was basically consistent, and flow-efficiency curve was basically the same. Overall, the model test and numerical simulation results were in good agreement, and the numerical simulation results were more credible.
