淮阴抽水站现状问题分析与更新改造措施

Analysis of present situation and renovation measures of Huaiyin pumping station

针对淮阴抽水站已建成运行多年,目前存在机电设备老化,水工建筑物混凝土碳化严重,金属结构锈蚀等问题,从水工建筑物、主机泵、辅机系统、电气设备等方面分析了淮阴抽水站现状及存在问题,并提出了相应的改造措施,为类似泵站的更新改造提供借鉴。

Huaiyin pumping station has been built and operated for many years. At present, there were many problems, such as the aging of mechanical and electrical equipment, severe concrete carbonation of hydraulic buildings, corrosion of metal structures and so on. The present situation and problems of Huaiyin pumping station were analyzed from hydraulic structures, main pump, auxiliary system, electrical equipment and other aspects, and relevant transformation measures were put forward, which could provide a reference for the renewal and renovation of similar pumping stations.
