C型臂引导下蝶腭神经节阿霉素注射治疗面部带状疱疹后三叉神经上颌支痛的疗效 被引量:1

Efficacy of adriamycin injection into the sphenopalatine ganglion under C-arm guidance for the treatment of facial postherpetic neuralgia in maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve

摘要 目的观察C型臂引导下蝶腭神经节注射阿霉素治疗面部带状疱疹后三叉神经上颌支痛的临床疗效。方法选取采用c型臂引导下蝶腭神经节注射阿霉素治疗面部带状疱疹后三叉神经上颌支痛的患者30例,观察治疗前、治疗后1-2d及出院半年后VAS评分、自评疼痛缓解率、生活质量评分(QOL)及并发症发生率。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后1~2d及出院半年后VAS评分降低(P〈0.05),疼痛缓解率提高(P〈0.05),QOL升高(P〈0.05)。所有患者均未见并发症。结论在c型臂引导下,蝶腭神经节注射0.33%阿霉素0.3mI治疗面部带状疱疹后三叉神经上颌支痛安全有效。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of adriamycin injection into sphenopalatine gan- glion under C-arm guidance for the treatment of facial postherpetic neuralgia in maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve. Methods Thirty patients with facial postherpetic neuralgia in maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve re- ceived adriamycin injection into sphenopalatine ganglion under C-arm guidance. VAS, QOL, pain relief rate and complications were recorded before and after the treatment and six months after discharge. Results Com- pared with pretreatment, VAS was significantly decreased (P〈0.05), and pain relief rate and QOL were signifi- cantly increased (P〈0.05). No complications were found in all patients. Conclusion Adriamycin injection 0.33%, 0.3 ml, into the sphenopalatine ganglion under C-arm guidance is a safe and effective method for the treatment of facial postherpetic neuralgia in maxillary branch of trigeminal nerve.
