脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗颈源性头痛的近期疗效 被引量:6

Short-term efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency combined with adriamycin injection in C2 dorsal root ganglion for the treatment of cervieogenic headache

摘要 目的分析脉冲射频联合阿霉素治疗颈源性头痛的近期临床疗效。方法对颈源性头痛患者28例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均在CT引导下行颈2背根神经节脉冲射频联合阿霉素毁损治疗。对治疗前、治疗后1d、15d、1个月、3个月及6个月时患者的疼痛评分(VAS)、疼痛发作频率、每次发作持续时间、服用止痛药情况及生活质量参数(日常活动干扰参数、情绪干扰参数、睡眠干扰参数)进行评估,记录并发症发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后1d、15d、1个月、3个月及6个月时VAS评分降低,头痛发作次数减少,头痛每次发作持续时间缩短,口服止痛药物的例数及用药量均减少,日常活动干扰参数、情绪干扰参数、睡眠干扰参数降低(P〈0.05)。结论CT引导下颈2背根神经节脉冲射频联合阿霉素毁损治疗颈源性头痛具有较好的效果。 Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency combined with adriamycin injection in C2 dorsal root ganglion for the treatment of cervicogenic headache. Methods Twenty- eight patients with cervical headache were retrospectively analyzed, and all patients were treated by pulsed ra- diofrequency and adriamycin injection in C2 dorsal root ganglia nerve under CT guidance. VAS, pain attack fre- quency, duration of each attack, analgesics taking dosage, quality of life were evaluated at t, 15 d and 1, 3, 6 months after the treatment. The complications were recorded. Results The VAS, numbers of headache attack, duration of each attack, cases and dosage of oral analgesic drugs were lower at 1, 15 d and 1, 3, 6 months after the treatment than those before the treatment. Conclusion Plused radiofrequence and adriamycin injection in C2 dorsal root ganglion under CT guidance is an effective method in the treatment of cervicogenic headache.
