摘要
慢性疼痛患者都存在不同程度的周围神经病变，导致其感觉神经功能发生变化，而感觉定量分析是一种评估感觉神经纤维功能的方法，因其简便、无创、经济及可靠的优势，可以作为慢性疼痛诊疗中早期筛查、辅助诊断和疗效随访的重要检查方法，本文对感觉定量分析在慢性疼痛诊疗中的应用进行综述。
Varying degrees of peripheral neuropathy is often in the patients with chronic pain, which lead to the changes in sensory nerve function. Quantitative analysis of sensory function is a method to assess the function of sensory nerve fibers, and because of its simple, noinvasive, economical and reliable advantages, it can be used as an important examination method for early screening, auxiliary diagnosis and follow-up method in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. This paper reviews the application of sensory quantitative analysis in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain.
