Establishment and application of clinical teaching database of pediatric orthopaedics

针对医学生临床实习质量下降及医患关系之间的矛盾,本研究从临床实践教学入手,通过建设儿童骨科临床教学资料数据库、改革教学手段、加强师资队伍的培训,培养学生的基本临床思维、基础专业理论和基本操作技能,以及完善临床教学的双向评价反馈机制等方面,探讨全面提高骨科临床教学质量的方法.

In view of the contradiction between medical students＇ clinical practice quality and doctor-patient relationship, this study starting from the teaching practice, explored the methods of improving the quality of clinical teaching in department of orthopedics, through the construction of clinical teaching database,reform of teaching method,strengthening teachers training and the training of students＇ basic clin-ical thinking,their basic professional theory and basic skills,as well as improving the two-way evaluation of clinical teaching feedback.
