摘要 αβ-晶状体蛋白(Cryab)是热休克蛋白家族中最重要的基因之一。Cryab在体内广泛表达,具有独特的生物学特性,主要作为分子伴侣参与蛋白质的合成、折叠、积聚、装配、运输和降解。最新研究证实Cryab在肿瘤中高表达,可作为癌基因在恶性肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用。与肿瘤患者的预后有着密切关系,预示其存在潜在的应用价值。本文就Cryab基因的结构和功能,及其在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展和作用机制做一综述,以期为深入研究Cryab在肿瘤中的功能提供科学依据。 Heat shock proteins are a group of highly conserved peptide protein, αβ-crystallin (Cryab) has become the most important gene of heat shock protein family. As the oncogenes, Cryab was highly expressed in tumors and played an important role. Cryab has a unique biological characteristics involved in complex physiological functions in vivo activity, as a molecular chaperone it involved in protein synthesis, foiding, accumulation, assembly, transport and degradation, and it is related with the prognosis of cancer patients, all these suggesting its potential application. In this paper, we reviewed the structure and function of Cryab gene and its research progress and mechanism in malignant tumor, so as to provide a scientific basis for further study of its function in tumor.
