摘要
针对3hp直流变频滚动转子式压缩机在高频(97Hz以上)运行时出现异常噪声的情况,进行压缩机单机的分析和研究,通过设计试验进行验证,找到问题的关键所在——焊接不良,并予以解决。
Aimed at the abnormal noise of 3 hp DC frequency-conversion rolling rotor compressor under high frequency operation (above 97 Hz), the single compressor is analyzed and studied. By test verification, the key problem that is the welding defect is found out and solved.
