消费者剩余是评价适宜消费城市的逻辑起点。本文从消费者剩余视角出发分析了适宜消费城市的形成机理,并分离出城市消费需求、供给水平、消费环境和消费维权等四个维度,提出了适宜消费城市的评价指标体系。

The consumer surplus is the logical starting point for evaluating the appropriate consumption city. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the suitable consumption city from the four dimensions of urban consumption demand, supply level, consumption environment and consumption rights protection, and builds the evaluation index system of suitable consumption city.
