摘要 本文利用便携式光纤光谱仪对一台负荷为35 t/h的垃圾焚烧炉进行了光谱诊断。首先提出了一种适用于火焰辐射光谱的分离算法,用来获取连续光谱和非连续光谱,光谱分离结果的准确性用Goodness-of-fit系数进行评估。其次,利用基于灰性假设的双色法判断垃圾焚烧火焰的灰性区间,并且分析了波长间隔对温度和黑度检测精度的影响,分析结果表明垃圾焚烧火焰在674~800 nm波段内满足灰性。最后,文中给出了锅炉连续运行40 min的检测结果。 In this paper, a portable spectrometer was employed to measure combustion flame in a 35 t/h municipal solid waste (MSW) incinerator. Firstly, a new algorithm for spectrum separation was proposed to obtain continuous and discontinuous spectra. Accuracy of the separation results was evaluated by the Goodness-of-fit Coefficient quality metric. Secondly, the two-color method based on gray assumption was used to judge the wavelength range that meets gray property, and the influence of wavelength interval on temperature and emissivity was analyzed. The results show that the incineration flame meets gray in the range between 674 nm and 800 nm. Finally, the measurement results of boiler operation for 40 minutes were presented.
