医院青年工作创新发展的实践探索

Practical exploration of innovative development of youth work in the hospital

我国公立医院目前对青年职工文体活动等方面的关注度较低,青年职工在单位缺少归属感。文章建议加强思想建设和宣传工作、建设服务型青年组织、构建青年文化体系、开展青年志愿者活动及构建网络新媒体工作阵地,以创新性地做好青年职工的思想教育、青年志愿服务、组织建设和队伍及文体活动等工作,进而提升青年职工的凝聚力。

Less attention has been paid to cultural activities of young staff by public hospitals in our countries and young staff don＇t have the sense of belonging. This paper suggests strengthening the ideological building and propaganda work, constructing the service-oriented youth organization, establishing the youth culture system,implementing activities of young volunteers, building the front of new online media and so on to improve the ideological education and volunteer service of young staff, the team of organization development and cultural activities innovatively, and then enhance the cohesion of young staff.
