摘要
污泥膨胀一直是困扰污水处理厂正常运行的一个世界性难题,而微丝菌是污泥丝状膨胀中的主要丝状菌,因此对微丝菌本质规律的研究不仅有利于认识微丝菌,也可提供诸多控制污泥丝状膨胀的方法。综述了微丝菌在培养分离、生理特性和影像识别以及调控等方面的研究进展,并对微丝菌的后续研究提出了建议和展望。
Sludge bulking has been a worldwide problem brothering the normal running of wastewater treatment plants. Microthrix parvicella is the main filamentous bacteria in sludge filamentous bulking. Therefore ,the research-es on the essential regulations of Microthrix parvicella not only help researchers to cognize Microthrix parvicella, but also provide a number of methods for the control of sludge bulking. The research progress in the cultivation , isolation,physiological characteristics,image identification and control measures of Microthrix parvicella are sum-marized,and suggestion and prospect on subsequent researches on Microthrix parvicella provided.
