水热改性花生壳对水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能 被引量:9

摘要 为解决水体Cr(Ⅵ)污染,实现农业固废资源化利用,通过水热H_3PO_4改性制备了花生壳基吸附剂,并将其用于水中Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附。实验结果表明,在453 K下,与质量分数为15%的H_3PO_4水热反应10 h制备的改性花生壳性能最优;当吸附剂投加量为2 g/L,pH=2.0,Cr(Ⅵ)初始质量浓度为5 mg/L,吸附时间为120 min时,水中Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达86.83%。改性花生壳对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型,属于Langmuir单分子层吸附。 To solve the problem of Cr(Ⅵ)pollution in water,making the agricultural solid wastes recyclable,the peanut shell-based adsorbent has been prepared by hydrothermal H3PO4 modification method,and applied to the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)in water. The experimental results show that the performance of modified peanut shells is the best when the modified peanut shells are prepared under the following conditions:temperature 453 K,mass frac-tion of H3PO415%,hydrothermal reaction time 10 h. The removing rate of Cr(Ⅵ)from water can reach 86.83%, when the adsorbent dosage is 2 g/L,pH 2.0,Cr(Ⅵ)initial mass concentration 5 mg/L,and adsorbing time 120 min. The adsorption process for Cr(Ⅵ)by modified peanut shells complies with the pseudo-second order kinetic model,and falls under Langmuir monolayer adsorption model.
