The collection,and treatment of accidental wastewater and polluted rainwater,as well as the establish-ment of prevention/control systems of an integrated refining petrochemical project are briefly summarized. The con-trol essentials in the process of head-end collection and terminal wastewater treatment are expounded in detail. From the angle of design and operation,corresponding suggestions on the collections of accidental wastewater and polluted rainwater in the future are presented.
