论社会主义初级阶段的本质、过程和方向把握——学习习近平“7·26”重要讲话的体会 被引量:5

The Essence,Process and Direction of the Primary Stage of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics-Reflections upon Studying Xi Jinping's July 26 Speech

摘要 党中央和邓小平关于"社会主义初级阶段"的确定和创新,在中国特色社会主义理论和实践中都占有基础性地位,从而坚持和发展了科学社会主义。本文根据习近平同志"7·26"重要讲话关于"社会主义初级阶段"的新论断,对社会主义初级阶段的本质、过程和方向把握作了理论解读。认为我国社会主义初级阶段在本质上是一种不完全、不成熟、不发达、"事实上不够格"的社会主义,是为完全进入"共产主义社会第一阶段"而奠基的"准社会主义";社会主义初级阶段不断变化的特点及其发展过程,体现为邓小平设计的"三步走"发展战略;为此,党的"基本路线要管一百年",用以引领社会主义初级阶段的发展方向,维护公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度,使之由"相对性主体"朝着"实质性主体"发展,才能为社会主义初级阶段前进到更高阶段奠定根本性的经济基础。 The'primary stage of socialism'as specified by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deng Xiaoping and its innovation are of foundational status in the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,thus constituting the continuation and development of scientific socialism.This paper provides an theoretical interpretation of the essence,process and direction of the primary stage of socialism based on the new comments on this stage in Comrade Xi Jinping’s July 26 speech.It is argued that the primary stage of socialism in China is an incomplete,immature,underdeveloped and'in fact not qualified'socialism in essence.It is in fact a quasi-socialism that lays the foundation for complete entry into'the first stage of communist society.'The ever-changing characteristics and development process of this stage are expressed in'the three step'strategy designed by Deng Xiaoping.For that reason,the basic line of the Party shall apply for a century to steer the development at this stage and to maintain the basic economic system with the dominance of public ownership and simultaneous development of various other forms of ownership,so as to transform it from a'relative subject'to'substantive subject'.Only in this way,can we establish the fundamental economic foundation for the advance from the primary stage of socialism to a higher stage.
