中国科学院哲学社会科学部的发展历程与历史贡献

The Development Course and Historical Contribution of the Philosophy and Social Science Department of Chinese Academy of Sciences

1955年6月,中国科学院哲学社会科学部成立。1977年5月,经党中央批准,哲学社会科学部正式改名为中国社会科学院。哲学社会科学部在其存在的二十余年时间里,大体经历了酝酿、成立、发展与过渡四个阶段,其历史贡献主要有:巩固了马克思主义在我国哲学社会科学领域的指导地位;为中国哲学社会科学事业的初步发展指明了方向;制定了哲学社会科学规划;推出了一批重要的学术成果,培养了大量的优秀人才;为改革开放后中国哲学社会科学的迅速发展奠定了坚实基础。

The Philosophy and Social Science Department of Chinese Academy of Sciences was established in June 1955. With the approval of the Central Committee of the Party, the Philosophy and Social Science Department officially renamed the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in May 1977. During more than 20 years of its existence, the Philosophy and Social Science Department in general had undergone four stages of consideration, establishment, development and transition, and its historical contributions included: to consolidate the guiding position of Marxism in the field of philosophy and social science in China, point out the direction to the initial development of Chinese philosophy and social science cause; formulate the plan of philosophy and social science, put out a number of important academic achievements, train a lot of outstanding talents and lay a solid foundation for the rapid development of Chinese philosophy and social science after the reform and opening-up.
