喉侵袭性纤维瘤病1例

摘要 1临床经验患者,男,71岁,因声带白斑术后7个月,吸气性呼吸困难10 d入院。该患11个月前曾于外院行右侧声带白斑切除术,7个月前于我院查出白斑复发,行支撑喉镜下右侧声带白斑切除术,切除右侧声带白斑及喉室内肉芽组织,术后病理明确为声带白斑。患者于10 d前出现进行性吸气性呼吸困难,进展较快,遂以＂喉阻塞＂收入院。既往史、个人史及家族史无特殊情况。查体：营养中等,
