摘要
采用伤根与灌根相结合的接菌法对从国内外收集到的61个苦瓜资源(经多代自交、分离并最终稳定的自交系)进行抗枯萎病评价,结果表明:国内外部分苦瓜资源对枯萎病具有较好的抗病性。在61个参试的苦瓜种质中,达到抗、中抗以上枯萎病抗性等级的苦瓜材料有15个,占24.6%;高抗枯萎病抗性等级苦瓜材料有2个,占3.3%。可以为苦瓜抗病育种提供抗病亲本,并有望培育出抗病苦瓜新品种。
The evaluation of Fusarium wilt resistance was carried on by the method of inoculation of root damage and root irrigation combination of 61 bitter gourd germplasm resources collected from home and abroad(inbred lines after several generations of selfing, isolation and ultimate stability), the results showed that some domestic and foreign germplasm resources of bitter gourd had a good resistance to Fusarium wilt. In 61 tested bitter gourd germplasm, the number of medium or above resistance to Fusarium wilt was 15, accounting for 24.6%, high resistance to Fusarium wilt was 2, accounting for 3.3%, the resistant parents for the breeding of bitter gourd could be provided, and the breeding of new varieties of disease resistant of bitter gourd could be expected.
