基于Revit技术装配式混凝土剪力墙结构拆分设计研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文针对装配式混凝土剪力墙结构拆分设计阶段,结合相关工程规范,借助Revit强大参数化建模功能对装配式混凝土剪力墙结构中拆分设计进行研究。与传统的CAD拆分设计过程进行对比,基于Revit的拆分设计过程中构件以族的形式存在,更侧重于构件的组装;在Revit中可进行多个拆分方案对比,可以自动统计工程量信息,更节约时间,提高设计效率。在充分了解装配式建筑拆分设计工作过程的基础上,提出了基于Revit的装配式混凝土剪力墙构件拆分设计的流程。通过实际工程拆分结果表明,基于Revit平台的装配式混凝土剪力墙结构预制构件拆分设计的研究切实可行,提高设计质量和效率。 This paper mainly focuses on the design phase of the assembled concrete shear wall structure being combined with the relevant engineering specifications, and the split design of assembled concrete shear wall structure was studied with the help of Revit's powerful parametric modeling function. Compared with traditional CAD process, the characteristics of split design by Revit technology, which the component exists in the form of family, were more emphasis to utilize in component assembly. And multiple split schemes which included statistical data were automatically presented, then the advantages of save time can improve design efficiency. Based on the fullly understanding of the assembly building design process, the design process of the split shear wall component by Revit method was proposed in this paper. The results of practical engineering split design show that the study of precast prefabricated concrete shear wall structure split design based on Revit is feasible, which can improve the design quality and efficiency.
