家用电器针对特殊人群的安全风险研究及国内外标准比对分析

Safety risk research for household appliances concerned special population group and standards comparison

随着家用电器的普及和人口老龄化问题的日趋严重,家用电器对儿童、老年人等特殊人群的安全性、适用性问题引起越来越广泛的关注。本文初步分析了家用电器对儿童、老年人两类特殊人群存在的安全风险,并对国内外家用电器安全标准、法规中涉及特殊人群的内容及差异进行了梳理分析。

With the popularity of household appliances and the ever-increasing number of elderly population, the safety of household appliances for children and elderly people have aroused close attention throughout the social stakeholders. This paper initially analyze the safety risk that the elderly and children possibly encountered caused by household appliances, meanwhile focus on the contents concerned special population groups in current international, regional and national safety standards and related regulations for household appliances and analyzes the difference between them.
