摘要
滚筒洗涤过程中机械力会影响织物的运动状态及洗涤效果,且织物运动与洗净性能之间存在密切联系。本文分析了洗涤机械力对织物运动的影响,探究了影响织物运动状态的因素,从洗涤参数、筒体结构和织物性能三方面分析了影响织物运动的因素,为实现更加高效的织物洗涤和呵护提供参考。
In the process of a front-loading washing machine, mechanical force affects movement trajectory of fabric and washing efficiency. And there is a close relationship between fabric movement and washing efficiency. This paper analyzes the effect of washing mechanical force on fabric movement, and explores the influence factors of fabric movement The factors affecting the fabric movement are analyzed from three aspects： washing parameters, cylinder structure and fabric properties, which provide a reference for realizing more efficient fabric washing and care.
