摘要
睡眠-觉醒是人类在漫长进化过程中形成的与昼夜节律相一致的生命活动,生物体顺应自然界昼夜规律形成了睡眠-觉醒节律。中医学以营卫运行失常,阳不入阴解析失眠症的病机,运用"取类比象"方法从自然界推求并验证了许多中药来治疗此类失眠症,为进一步研究抗失眠活性中药物质基础提供了思路。西医学引入了生物时钟系统概念,从功能结构、机体温度、免疫等角度开展了昼夜节律干预失眠症的研究。两种不同的理论存在许多融合共通之处,将有助于发掘更多的生命活动奥秘。
The sleep -wake is a life activity that coincides with the circadian rhythm in the long e- volution of human beings. It is the sleep - wake rhythm formed by the living organism complying with the nat- ural circadian rhythm. In TCM,insomnia is explained as dysfunction of the nutrient and the defensive and the failure of yang to enter yin. The analogic methodology has been adopted to deduce and verify the effects of Chinese herbal medicines on insomnia in TCM,which provides the approach to a further study on the active herbal medicine substance in anti - insomnia. In western medicine, the circadian clock system is introduced. The study on the intervention of circadian rhythm has been conducted in terms of function structure, body temperature and immunity. There are many interactions between these two theories, contributing to many ex- plorations on the life activity.
