浅谈中医“治未病”思想在高校学生心理健康教育中的应用

Application of TCM “Disease Prevention”in the Psychological Health Education in College Students

"治未病"包括未病先防、既病防变和瘥后防复三个方面,是中医学预防思想的高度概括。通过阐述"治未病"的含义和"治未病"思想与学生心理健康教育的契合点,提出摸清基线资料,建立预警机制以"未病先防";见微知著,实施早期干预机制以"既病防变";持续随访,发展长效机制以"瘥后防复"。并进一步分析了"治未病"思想对教师的要求,包括树立"治未病"观念,指导心理工作;提高个人素养,灵活运用"治未病"思想;扩展"治未病"思想,正人先正己。"治未病"思想对学生心理健康教育有指导意义。

The ＂disease prevention＂ refers to the prevention of occurrence, the prevention of trans- formation and the prevention of recurrence. It is reflected the thoughts of TCM in prevention of sickness. In the paper ,the concept of ＂disease prevention＂ and the connection of its thought with the student psychologi- cal health education were explained, the baseline data were proposed. The early warning mechanism was set up. The early intervention mechanism contributes to the prevention of disease transformation. The persistent follow - up visit and the long - term mechanism benefits the recurrence of disease. The requirement to the teachers for the thoughts of ＂disease prevention＂ was analyzed,including the establishment of ＂disease pre- vention＂ idea, the guide of psychological work, the improvement of individual capacity and the flexible appli- cation of ＂disease prevention＂. All of those are significant in student psychological health education.
