Prof.Li Haisong's Experiences in the Clinical Treatment of Impotence

阳痿病程较长,病势缠绵,不容易根治。近年来,越来越多的男性被阳痿所困扰,且疗效并不令人满意。李海松教授在前人从肾论治的基础上,指出血瘀是阳痿的核心病机,肾虚是阳痿最终的病理趋势,肝郁为其病理特点。在对阳痿的治疗上,李教授亦有独特经验:一是善用大方复治,攻补兼施;二是针对血瘀这一核心病机提出"阴茎中风"理论,主张将化瘀通络法贯穿始终;三是不忘师古,固本培元、重视扶正;四是兼顾疏肝解郁。

Impotence is lingering and difficultly treated. The therapeutic effects are not so satisfacto- ry. In recent years, more and more male patients are troubled with this disease. On the basis of the kidney the- ory, Prof. Li Haisong points that blood stagnation is the essential pathogenesis of impotence, kidney deficiency is the ultimate pathological tendency and liver stagnation is the pathological characters. Prof. Li has the u- nique experiences in the treatment of the disease,including 1. Preferring to complex formula with the combination of tonification and purgation;2. Resolving stasis and promoting circulations in the whole process of treatment ;3. Consolidating the root and cultivating the primary, strengthening the pathogenic qi ;4. Smoothing the liver qi to remove stasis.
