丝绸之路经济带民族地区特色产业的遴选研究

Study of Selecting Special Industries in the Minority Regions along the Silk Road Economic Belt

丝绸之路经济带沿线是我国少数民族分布最集中的地区,经济相对落后,产业结构有待改善;从省际层面来看,西北五省存在着产业结构趋同,产能过剩的问题。因此,丝绸之路经济带沿线的民族地区,选择培育出可错位发展的特色产业,已成为当务之急。文章着眼于民族地区的实际,探究民族地区特色产业选择的原则,构建出民族地区特色产业选择的指标体系。同时,利用区位熵值初选和主成分分析法相结合的定量分析方法,对宁夏回族自治区的特色产业进行了综合评价和分析,为其他民族地区特色产业的选择提供了借鉴。

China ＇s minority areas are mostly located along the Silk Road Economic Belt. As these regions are economically underdeveloped, their industrial structures need amelioration. In provincial level, the industrial structures in the five provinces and regions have the problems of similar industrial structures and overcapacity. Therefore, selecting special industries of misplacement development in the minority areas along the Belt is an urgent task. This paper focuses on the practical problems in these areas, exploring the principles of selecting special industries and constructing an index system for it. In addition, it comments and analyses comprehensively the special industries in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region by adopting the quantitative analysis method combining location entropy and principal component analysis. Thus, the study can be a reference for selecting special industries in the minority areas.
