摘要
通过对国际食品法典委员会、美国农业部国家营养数据库、德国食品法典与营养数据库、英格兰公共卫生部的食物分类和编码,及《中国食物成分表(2009版)》中食物编码的介绍,尽量全面了解食物分类和编码的作用、意义、规则以及补充机制等,从而对食物编码有一个更加清晰的认识,进而有助于我国食物编码工作的补充,同时为下一步中国居民食物消费状况调查的开展打下基础。
Objective We introduce the classification and coding of food of International Codex Alimentarius Commission, United States Department of Agriculture National Nutrition Database, German Codex Alimentarius and Nutrition Database, England Depa^nent of Public Health first; then we discuss the role, meaning, rules, and supplemental mecha- nisms of food classification and coding to give a more explicit annotation of food coding. The study aims to provide references to food coding practice in China and to implementation of food consumption surveys among Chinese populations.
