摘要
党的十八大以来,干部人事制度改革进入了全面深化的新阶段,在总体规划部署、党政领导干部制度关键环节、公务员分类管理、国有企业负责人薪酬及履职待遇、事业单位人事制度改革等方面又取得了一系列重要进展。这些进展从多个方面推进了干部人事制度的科学化、民主化、制度化,标志着干部人事制度改革取得了重大成就。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress , the reform of cadre and personnel system has entered a new stage. In the stage, the reform has accomplished a series of important progress, such as the overall planning and de- ployment, the key links of the Party and government leading cadres system, the classification and management of civil servants, the remuneration and performance treatment of heads of state-owned enterprises,the personnel system of public institutions and so on. These advances have promoted the scientific, democratized and institutionalized- cadre and personnel system in many aspects and marked the great achievements of cadre and personnel systemreform.
