摘要
现有文献表明,师生互动对学生学业成就有显著影响。本研究发现:一方面,少数民族大学生与教师互动类型以民主型为主,互动形式以语言互动居多,但互动频率低、互动内容窄;另一方面,少数民族大学生学业成就中专业成绩偏低、英语较差。分析表明,师生互动类型、形式、内容、频率均对少数民族大学生学业成就有影响;造成少数民族大学生与教师互动差强人意的原因既有学校教学条件、激励评价制度不佳,又有教师缺乏各民族文化素养及吸引学生的教学艺术等因素。建议通过小班化教学、完善教师评价制度、加强学生心理辅导、开展教师培训和强化民族文化宣传等对策,改善少数民族大学生与教师的互动关系,促进少数民族大学生学业成就的提升。
The available literature has repeatedly proved that student-teacher interaction has a significant impact on students' achievement. In this paper,through an empirical research,it is found that on the one hand,the type of interaction between minority college students and teachers is mainly democratic oriented,dominated by language interaction in form with a low frequency and narrow content; and on the other hand,the academic achievement of minority college students is low in their major scores,and their English is poor. The analysis shows that the type,form,content and frequency of the student-faculty interaction all have influence on the academic achievement of the students. A weak interaction results not only from poor teaching conditions and evaluation system,but also from teachers' insufficient ethnic cultural accomplishment and less attractive teaching art. Therefore,this paper puts forward some measures such as teaching small-sized classes,improving teaching evaluation system,strengthening students' psychological counseling,training teaching skills and promoting ethnic culture,so as to improve student-faculty interaction and help minority college students make greater academic achievements.
