血尿康方治疗IgA肾病肉眼(镜下)血尿临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Hematuria Kanfen Treatment of IgA Nephropathy(Mirror)to the Naked Eye Hematuria

目的:观察中医辨证综合治疗IgA肾病阴虚兼血瘀型的临床疗效。方法:通过分析双嘧达莫治疗组(对照组)及血尿康方联合双嘧达莫治疗组(治疗组)各20例患者不同时点(0周、8周、12周)的实验室指标变化,获取两组药物干预后中医症状、实验室指标改善情况,两组均以12周为1疗程,并观察治疗前后两组各项血尿指标和临床症状积分的改变情况。结果:(1)临床疗效比较:治疗组有效率85%,对照组为80%,两组疗效差异不明显(P>0.05);(2)治疗组中医临床症状疗效结果为95%,对照组为65%,结果有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组相比,治疗组更能改善患者的中医证候(P<0.05);(3)尿蛋白、尿红细胞情况:相对于治疗前,治疗后一天两组尿红细胞计数、尿蛋白定量差异明显(P<0.05),但治疗组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);结论:IgA气阴两虚型肾病选择中医结合西医治疗效果良好,能较好的改善患者临床症状,减少蛋白尿、血尿。

Objective： To observe the comprehensive treatment of IgA nephropathy syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical curative effect of Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods： Through the analysis of the treatment group （Xueniaokang decoction combined with dipyridamole treatment）, control group （dipyridamole treatment） of 20 patients in the treatment of different time （0 weeks, 8 weeks, 12 weeks） changes in laboratory parameters, obtained 2 groups of drug intervention of TCM symp- toms, the improvement of laboratory indexes in the 2 groups 12 weeks for 1 courses, and observed the changes of the two groups of he- maturia index and clinical symptom score before and after treatment. Results： （1） the clinical curative effect comparison： the treatment group effective rate was 85%, the control group was 80%, two groups of curative effect is not obvious difference （P〉0.05）; （2） the re- suits of clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was 95%, the control group was 65%, the result was sta- tistically difference （P〈0.05）; The treatment group compared with control group, treatment group can improve the patient＇s more syn- dromes （P〈0.05）; （3） the urine protein, urine red blood cells： compared with before treatment, a day after the treatment of two groups of urinary red blood cell count, urine protein quantitative difference significantly （P〈0.05）, but high treatment group effective than the control group （P〈0.05）; Conclusion： IgA qi and Yin deficiency type kidney choice of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment effect is good, can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, reduce albuminuria, hematuria.
