妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期甲状腺功能减退的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期甲状腺功能减退的相关性。方法:选取2015年6月至2015年12月于我院产科门诊建卡的128例妊娠妇女作为此次研究对象,将64例甲状腺功能减退孕妇设为甲减组,将64例甲状腺功能正常的孕妇设为对照组,比较两组甲状腺激素水平以及合并妊娠期糖尿病几率。结果:甲减组孕妇的FT3、FT4以及TSH水平与甲状腺激素参考值以及对照组对比具有显著差异(P<0.05);甲减组妊娠期糖尿病发生率是28.13%,对照组妊娠期糖尿病发生率是9.38%,组间比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠期甲状腺功能减退具有一定相关性,妊娠期甲状腺功能减退孕妇合并糖尿病几率会显著增加,存在正相关关系。 Objective: To investigate the gestational diabe- tes and the correlation of hypothyroidism during pregnancy. Methods: From June 2015 to December 2015 in obstetrics out- patient Jianka in our hospital 128 cases of pregnant women as the research object, 64 cases of hypothyroidism in pregnant women with hypothyroidism group, 64 pregnant women with normal thyroid function were set as control group, compared the two groups of thyroid hormone levels and the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus. Results: The levels of FT3, l;T4 and TSH in hypothyroidism group were significantly different (P〈0.05) com- pared with the reference value of thyroid hormone and the con- trol group. The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus was 28.13% in the hypothyroidism group and 9.38% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The gestational diabetes mellitus and hypothyroidism during pregnancy has certain relevance, hypo- thyroidism during pregnancy pregnant women merged diabetes will increase significantly, there is a positive correlation rela- tionship.
