浅析PDCA循环法在呼吸科危重症患者管理中的应用

Analysis of the Application of PDCA Cycle Method in the Management of Critical Patients in RICU

目的:探讨PDCA循环法在呼吸科危重症患者管理中应用的效果。方法:在呼吸科入住RICU危重患者中运用PDCA循环法对其进行管理。通过分析2014年入住本院呼吸科RICU治疗的危重患者为对照组,2015年入住本院呼吸科RICU治疗的危重患者为观察组,其治疗过程依照PDCA循环法查找存在问题,并及时改进,定期考核成效。结果:将PDCA循环法应用于呼吸科危重患者治疗管理中,危重患者抢救成功率高于对照组,院内感染率低于对照组。结论:将PDCA循环法应用于呼吸科危重症患者管理具有良好的效果。

Objective： To explore the applied effects of PD- CA cycle method in the management of critical patients in RI- CU. Methods： The PDCA cycle method was used to manage the critical patients in the RICU. Through the analysis the treatment of critical patients in RICU in 2014 as the control group, the treatment of critical patients in RICU in 2015 as the observation group, the treatment process in accordance with the PDCA cy- cle method to find problems and improve in time, regular as- sessment results. Results： The PDCA cycle method was applied to the treatment of critical patients in RICU, the success rate of the rescue of critical patients was higher than control group, the nosocomial infection rate was lower than control group. Conclu- sion： The application of PDCA cycle method in the management of critical patients in RICU has a good effect.
