摘要 目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在乳腺硬化性腺病的鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2013年10月~2016年7月收治的63例乳腺硬化性腺病患者,以乳腺超声影像报告与数据系统(BI-RADS-US)为标准对病灶进行评估,并分析其诊断符合率。结果:63例女性乳腺硬化性腺病患者中I型21例(33.33%);II型27例(42.86%);III型15例(23.81%);I型、II型、III型超声征象均以Adler彩色血供分级<II级为主要特征,诊断符合率为100%;I型21例乳腺硬化性腺病患者诊断符合率为0;II型27例乳腺硬化性腺病患者诊断符合率为92.59%(25/27);III型15例乳腺硬化性腺病患者诊断符合率为80.00%(12/15),总诊断总符合率为58.73%(37/63)。结论:缺乏血供特征对乳腺硬化性腺病具有较高的诊断价值,超声声像图对乳腺硬化性腺病诊断价值较低,临床上可结合其他检查方法对乳腺硬化性腺病进行诊断,以减少误诊和漏诊。 Objective: To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the differential diagnosis of breast sclerosing adenosis. Methods: 63 patients with breast sclerosing adenosis were admitted from October 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital, the lesions were evaluated by the mammography and data system (BI-RADS-US) as the standard, and analyzed the diagnostic coincidence rate. Results:There were 21 cases (33.33%) of type I in 63 cases of female breast sclerosing adenosis, 27 cases (42.86%) of type II, 15 cas- es of type III (23.81%); Type I, Type II and Type III ultrasonographic features were based on Adler color blood supply classification 〈 II as the main feature, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100%; The diagnostic rate of Type 1 21 cases of breast sclerosing adenosis was 0; The coincidence rate of diagnosis of type II 27 cases of breast sclerosing adenosis was 92.59% (25/27); The coincidence rate of diagnosis in type 11 15 cases of breast sclerosing adenosis was 80,00% (12/15), the total compliance rate was 58.73% (37/63). Conclusion:The lack of blood supply has a high diagnostic value for breast sclerosing adenosis, Ultrasound sonography is of little value in the diagnosis of breast sclerosing adenosis, and it can be used to diagnose combination with other methods to reduce misdiagnosis and missed.
