摘要
目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液对产后产妇乳汁分泌的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月我院新生产妇300例为研究人群,其中阴道顺产产妇和剖宫产产妇各150例。并将两类产妇随机分为两组。对照组进行常规产科产后护理,观察组除采用常规护理措施外,于产后1h内使用参芪扶正注射液。比较产妇产后6h,12h,24h,48h的泌乳量和血清泌乳素水平。结果:产后6h的泌乳量和泌乳素水平在两类产妇的两组间均无差异;观察组在产后24h泌乳量和泌乳素水平开始明显上升,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);随着时间的推移,两组产妇的泌乳量和泌乳素水平均有增加但观察组仍优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后早期使用参芪扶正注射液可以明显使其泌乳时间提前,并同时提高泌乳量。因此早期使用该中药注射液可使产妇提早进行母乳喂养,提高母乳喂养成功率,且安全有效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the secretion of postpartum maternal milk. Methods: 300 cases of maternity in our hospital were selected as the object of our study from January 2012 to January 2014, and Vaginal maternal and cesarean section matemal are both 150 cases. Two types of maternal were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine obstetric postpartum care, in addition to the routine care, the observation group was given the Shenqi Fuzbeng injection within lh after parturition. Then compared the lactation yield and serum pro- laetin levels of the two groups at 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h after ma- ternal postpartum. Results: There was no difference in the amount of lactation and serum prolactin levels between the two groups at 6h after maternal postpartum; Compared with the con- trol group, The number of lactation and prolaetin levels in the observation group increased significantly at 24h(P〈0.05);Over time, The lactation yield and prolactin levels of the two groups continued to increase, but the observation group was still better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Early use of Shenqi Fuzheng injection after maternal postpartum can significantly make maternal lactation time in advance, besides, it can improve the quantity of the maternal lactation, meanwhile, Early maternal breastfeeding can be achieved to improve the success rate of breastfeeding, this therapy is safe and effective, worthy of widespread clinical application.
