复元活血汤联合电针治疗视神经萎缩的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined with Electroacupuncture on Treatment of Optic Atrophy

目的:观察研究复元明目汤联合电针治疗视神经萎缩的效果。方法:选择2013年1月到2016年5月于就诊的视神经萎缩患者共108例(眼),作为本次研究的对象。将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各组均为54人(眼)。对54名观察组患者予以复元明目汤联合电针治疗,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗。结果:观察组的患者的视力总有效率为92.59%,对照组的患者的视力总有效率为66.67%,观察组患者治疗前后视野平均缺损差异和治疗前后VEPP100波潜伏期差异均优于对照组,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经萎缩患者治疗过程中应用复元明目汤联合电针治疗,可有效提升患者视力、降低视野平均缺损、缩短VEPP100波潜伏期,获得非常理想的治疗效果,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective： To observe the recovery of Mingmu decoction combined with electroacupuncture treatment of optic nerve atrophy effect. Methods： from January 2013 to May 2016 in the treatment of optic nerve atrophy in patients with a total of 108 cases （eyes）, as the object of this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 54 eyes. Of the 54 patients in observation group were given Fuyuan Mingmu decoction combined with electro acupuncture treatment, the control group was treated with conventional western medicine treatment. Results： in the observa- tion group, the visual acuity of the total effective rate was 92.59%, control group the visual acuity in patients with the total effective rate was 66.67%, the observation group before and after treatment in patients with visual The latency of VEPP100 between before and after treatment and the difference of the average field defects were better than the control group, two groups of patients was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the application of Fuyuan Mingmu decoction combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of nerve atrophy patients during the treatment, can effectively enhance the visual acuity, low vision defects, shorten the latency of VEPP100, obtain the ideal treatment effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
