慢性肾病病人体内维生素D水平对结肠癌发病率的影响研究

Influence of Vitamin D Level inside Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease on Incidence of Colon Cancer

目的:研究慢性肾病病人体内维生素D水平对结肠癌发病率的影响。方法:选择2015年1月至2017年1月来我院进行慢性肾炎及慢性肾衰治疗的患者466例。实验组233例每天补充维生素D50毫克,参照组采用对症治疗。观察患者的尿检结果、治疗有效率及结肠癌发病率。结果:实验组患者尿检指标优于参照组患者,实验组患者疗效有效率高于参照组患者,实验组患者结肠癌有效率明显低于参照组,P<0.05。结论:补充维生素D可以有效防止慢性肾病患者患结肠癌的概率。

Objective： To research the influence of vitamin D level inside patients with chronic kidney disease on the inci- dence of colon cancer. Methods： 466 patients who got treat- ment of chronic nephritis and chronic failure in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were chosen as the research object. They were divided into the observation group and control group. 233 patients in the observation group were asked to take 50g vitamin D every day while the other patients in the group group were given symptomatic treatment. Results of their urine tests, effective rate and incidence of colon cancer were ob- served. Results： Compared to the control group, the observation group had better urine test indicators, higher effective rate of treatment and lower efficiency of colon cancer with P〈0.05. Conclusions： Supplement of vitamin D can effectively avoid the incidence of colon cancer on patients with chronic kidney dis- ease.
