摘要
综述了国内外对回收PET(r-PET)增粘改性方法的研究,包括固相增粘、扩链剂增粘及共混改性。简单介绍了改性后的r-PET纺制成大直径单丝的生产方法,最后介绍了r-PET大直径单丝的用途,将改性后的r-PET与功能类添加剂共混,纺制阻燃、抗老化、抗菌等单丝,用于拉链丝、托幕线、塑钢带、三D复合材料等。
Research on viscosity modification of recycling PET at home and abroad was reviewed,including the solid polymerization,chain extender and blending modification.The production method of large-diameter monofilament used modified r-PET was also briefly introduced.In the end the use of r-PET large-diameter monofilament was introduced.Modified r-PET could be spun into functional monofilament by blending with functional additives,such as flame retardant,antiaging and anti-bacterial and so on.The monofilament could be used as zipper,polyester wire,strapping tape,3 Dcomposite materials and so on.
