PAN预氧化纤维针刺复合滤料制备与性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 为了改善聚丙烯腈(PAN)预氧化纤维针刺滤料纤维间缠结性能差的问题,通过混入不同含量的聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维制得PAN预氧化纤维针刺复合滤料,对其形态、纤维缠结程度、力学性能、透气性、孔径尺寸及其分布和过滤性能进行表征和分析。结果表明:添加PPS纤维,提高了滤料中纤维的缠结程度和滤料的致密性;滤料的纵向和横向断裂强力及断裂伸长率均有所提高,当PPS纤维含量为20%时,制得的PAN预氧化纤维针刺复合滤料的最小孔径、最大孔径和平均孔径分别为12.49μm、137.68μm和75.08μm;对微粒粒径为2.5μm的过滤效率达到85%,具有较好的过滤效果。 In order to enhance the fiber entanglement of pre-oxidized PAN needle-punched filter materials,the composite filter materials were prepared with pre-oxidized PAN fiber mixed PPS fiber with different weight percentage.The morphology,fiber entanglement,tensile properties,air permeability,pore size and distribution,filter efficiency were characterized.The results indicated that the degree of fiber entanglement and compactness in composite filter were enhanced by adding PPS fiber.The breaking strength and breaking elongation of composite filter were improved both in machine direction and cross direction.When the weight percentage of PPS was 20%,the minimum pore size,maximum pore size and mean pore size was 12.49μm,137.68μm and 75.08μm,respectively.For PM2.5,the filter efficiency of composite filter was85%.
