间甲酚和磺酸对聚苯胺“协同掺杂”作用研究

摘要 将甲酚作为一种掺杂剂与传统掺杂剂对聚苯胺(PANI)进行共同掺杂,并通过改变甲酚掺杂量和掺杂方式,制备得到一系列甲酚、磺酸共同掺杂PANI。测定了掺杂产物的电导率、结晶度和热稳定性,结果表明,甲酚和磺酸共同掺杂使PANI的分子链构像由卷曲变得更加舒展,从而使其电导率提高。在掺杂的同时加入间甲酚,且甲酚和本征态聚苯胺(EB)的摩尔比为0.2∶1所得PANI的电导率达到32.5S/cm。共同掺杂还使所得PANI的结晶度增大,热稳定性提高。 A novel"the synergistic doping"method with m-cresol and sulfonic acid was performed to enhance electrical conductivity of PANI,by various doping molar ratio and doping methods.Electrical conductivity of as synergistic doped PANI increased due to the more regular molecular chains of PANI.PANI treated in the process of doping with the molar ratio of m-cresol to imine nitrogen in EB of 0.2∶1 had the maximal electrical conductivity of 32.5 S/cm.The crystallinity and thermal stability of synergistic doped PANI increased.
