摘要
提出在盐酸溶液中利用电解法制备Ag/AgCl干电极的方法。利用扫描电镜表征其形貌;采用能量色散型X射线荧光光谱仪分析了其元素种类及含量;采用电化学工作站测试其交流阻抗值,并与标准的Ag/AgCl干电极进行对比。结果显示:电解电压为10V,电解时间为10min时,Ag/AgCl干电极中AgCl的相对含量最多,电解电压5V、电解时间10min和电解电压10V、电解时间30min时Ag/AgCl干电极的阻抗特性好。
A method for fabricating Ag/AgCl dry electrode in hydrochloric acid solution was proposed.The morphology and composition of Ag/AgCl dry electrode were examined by field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM)and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)was tested by the electrochemical workstation,then compared with the standard Ag/AgCl dry electrode.Results showed that the relative content of AgCl in Ag/AgCl dry electrode was up to the most when the electrolysis voltage was 10 Vand electrolytic time was 10 min.The characteristic of EIS was optimal when electrolysis voltage was 5 V with electrolytic time for 10 min and electrolysis voltage was 10 V with electrolytic time for 30 min.
