乙二胺修饰粘胶基活性碳纤维及其固定化脂肪酶的研究 被引量:1

Study on viscose-based activated carbon fiber modified by ethylenediamine and its application as carrier for lipase immobilization

摘要 以乙二胺(EDA)为改性剂,对自制的粘胶基活性碳纤维(VACFs)进行表面改性,以此为载体固定化猪胰脂肪酶,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其进行表征。结果表明:改性后的VACFs引入了EDA的官能基团,表面沟槽更加明显,且具有一定粗糙度;固定化脂肪酶的最佳时间为2h,最佳温度为40℃,最佳pH=7.0~8.0,且循环使用8次之后,仍能保持初始酶活的59.6%。 A series viscose-based activated carbon fibers(VACFs)were modified with ethylenediamine(EDA),and used as the carrier for the immobilization of lipase.The material properties were determined by scanning of electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The influence of reaction time,temperature and pH on the immobilization of lipase were studied.The results showed that the surface of VACFs modified by EDA became rough.The optimal immobilization condition was determined as pH value of 7.0~8.0,the immobilization time of 2 hand temperature of 40℃.The catalytic activity of immobilized enzyme was kept at 59.6% after 8 batch reactions.
