摘要
研究企业信息化、IT能力和创新能力三者内在影响机制。研究结果表明:IT人力资源水平不仅直接对企业创新能力产生正向影响,还通过IT业务应用水平和IT协同集成水平对企业创新能力产生影响;IT业务应用水平对企业创新能力不直接产生影响,但通过IT业务集成水平对企业创新能力产生影响;IT协同集成水平对企业创新能力存在正向影响。在理论研究基础上,结合调研情况对研究结果进行充分讨论,并提出对策建议。
The research results show that IT human resources does not only have direct positive impact on the enterprise innovation capability,but also has indirect influence through IT transaction application and IT collaborative integration. IT transaction application does not have direct impact on the enterprise innovation capability,but has indirect influence through IT collaborative integration; IT integration levels have direct influence on enterprise innovation capability. Finally,based on these research findings,recommendations are proposed.
