基于质控数据计算土壤中铜检测的不确定度

摘要 利用ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱)法对土壤中的铜含量进行检测,以国家标准物质作为质控样品,进行多次测定。基于top-down方法利用质控数据对其进行Anderson-Darling检验(拟合优度检验),以判断过程是否达到统计受控。计算期间精密度的不确定度分量uR’和偏倚的不确定度分量ub,合成不确定度分量,得到检测方法测量不确定度。此方法计算思路清晰,方法简洁易行、考虑因素全面,且与实际检测过程保持一致,具有较高的可靠性和可信度。 This paper reviews the detection of copper content in soil by ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plusma Mass Spectrometry)method,using national standard material as quality control samples and repeated measurements.Anderson-Darling test(test of goodness of fit)was carried out by using quality control data based on top-down method,to determine whether the process has been statistically controlled.The uncertainty is calculated by the precision uncertainty component and bias uncertainty component ub,with this method to calculate the uncertainty.Calculate uncertainty component of period of compose uncertainty components,obtain measurement uncertainty of detection methods.The method is clear in calculation,simple and easy,with comprehensive consideration and consistent with the actual inspection process,and it has high dependability and reliability.
