烷基化和废酸联合装置职业病危害防护设施效果评价

摘要 为了解烷基化和废酸联合装置职业病危害因素及防护设施的效果,采用职业卫生学调查和职业卫生检测相结合的综合分析与评价方法,对某石化分公司烷基化和废酸联合装置试运行期间的职业病危害防护设施效果进行评价。结果表明,项目运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素包括硫化氢、液化石油气、硫酸、氢氧化钠、溶剂汽油、噪声、工频电场等。除压缩机、部分机泵和介质输送管道定点噪声强度较高外,其余均符合国家职业卫生标准,表明该项目的职业病危害防护设施设计合理,防护有效。 In order to understand the occupation hazard factors and effectiveness of protection facilities of a combined unit of alkylation and waste acid disposing,occupation health investigation and occupation health detection were used to assess the effectiveness of facilities for occupational hazard control of the combined unit in apetrochemical company during trial operation.The results showed that the main occupational hazard factors of this project included liquefied petroleum gas,hydrogen sulfide,solvent gasoline,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide,noise,power frequency electric field,etc.Except the high noise intensity of compressor,some mechanic pumps and medium transmission pipelines,the concentration or intensity of occupational hazard factors were all in the limitation of the national occupational health standards,which indicated that the design of the facilities for occupational hazard control was reasonable and effective.
