On Peasants' Alternative Behavior when Facing Settling in the City Under the Background of New Urbanization:Empirical Research Based on Multinomial Logistic Model

学界对农民进城定居选择行为的研究存在影响因素差异较大的不足。"投资—收益"理论认为农民迁移决策受农民个体因素影响,因此从农民这一微观视角对其进城定居选择行为进行实证研究,能发现影响农民进城定居选择的关键因素,即农民进城定居选择行为受农户个人及家庭特征、农户家庭的经济社会特征和农户的心理特征的影响。

There are some differences of influenced factors in the study of the alternative behavior of rural residences when facing settling in the city.According to the theory of ＂investment-profit＂,peasants＇ alternative behavior when facing settling in the city are influenced by peasants＇ personal characteristics.From the micro perspective of peasants themselves,the key factors that affect peasants＇ alternative behavior of settling in the city can be found： personal and family characteristics,financial situation and social network characteristics and the psychological characteristics of peasants.
