摘要 基于溶胶-凝胶法制备的有机硅陶瓷涂料具有许多有机涂料无法比拟的综合优势,但也有柔韧性差、固化和使用过程中容易开裂甚至剥落、在大多数有机涂层上没有附着力等缺点。本研究提出了一种新型的有机硅陶瓷涂料,即柔性有机硅陶瓷面漆,它在保持了传统陶瓷涂料种种优点的同时,系统地解决了困扰其广泛使用的技术问题,奠定了有机硅陶瓷涂料作为一种通用型高性能面漆的技术基础。 Silicone ceramic coatings prepared through sol-gel technique show superior comprehensive advantages, but on the other hand, have many shortages such as poor flexibility, easy to crack or even peel off and poor adhesion on most organic coating films. In this article, a novel kind of silicone ceramic coating, namely flexible silicone ceramic coating has been introduced. This coating not only keeps the merits of the traditional silicone ceramic coatings, but also solves the technological problems that limited their application, which paves the way for silicone ceramic coating as a general high-performance topcoat in future.
