基于表面织构的机械密封性能试验研究

摘要 分别采用316不锈钢和研龙PREM作为机械密封的动、静环材料,用机械加工的方法在机械密封摩擦副表面加工表面织构,并在自行研制的机械密封试验平台上,进行织构和无织构机械密封的密封性能对比试验,探讨表面织构、工况参数(转速、水压、弹簧压力)对密封性能的影响规律,为船舶艉轴机械密封性能优化设计提供理论支持。试验结果表明,表面织构可有效地降低机械密封的摩擦因数,尤其在低工况参数下减摩效果更加明显;表面织构具有较好的降低摩擦表面温度,提高水膜压力的作用。 Both 316 stainless steel and Yanlong PREM were used as the materials of rotary and static rings of mechanical seal respectively. The surface texture on the friction pair of the mechanical seal was processed with machining method. The contrast tests of mechanical sealing performance with surface texture or non surface texture were carried on the self-developed mechanical seal test platform, and the influence rule of surface texture, working condition parameters (speed, water pressure, spring pressure) on the sealing performance was investigated to provide the theory support for the optimal design of the mechani- cal sealing performance of marine stern shaft. The test results showed that surface texture can effectively reduce the friction coeffi- cient of mechanical seal, especially anti-friction effect is more obvious under low duty parameter, and surface texture can better reduce the temperature of friction surface, and enhance water film pressure.
