摘要
介绍SCR技术的工作原理,分析SCR技术应用于船舶柴油机废气处理过程中的关键问题,如:尿素溶液注入及同废气的混合,反应器内催化剂失活问题及对柴油机性能的影响,废气处理自动控制的实现。
The principle of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology was introduced. The key issues of SCR tech-nology applied in marine diesel engine exhaust gas treatment process were discussed, such as injection of the urea solution, the mixture between urea solution and exhaust gas, the deactivation problem of the catalyst, the effect on engine performance, and the automatic control logic of exhaust gas treatment process.
