摘要
为了提高设计轴系校中的质量,分析影响轴系合理校中设计的相关因素及应该注意的问题,结合轴系校中设计软件,利用数值分析的方法得出考虑影响因素前后的校中结果,并将结果与实际测量值进行对比。研究结果表明,充分考虑影响因素后,校中结果与实际情况更吻合,对轴系设计更具有指导意义。
In order to improve the quality of the design, the relevant influencing factors and the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of the shafting reasonable alignment were analyzed. Combined with the design software of the shaft align- ment, the numerical results were obtained according to whether the influencing factors were considered. The results were com- pared with the actual measured values, showing that the alignment results are in good agreement with the actual situation when the influencing factors are fully taken into account, and it is more instructive for shaft design.
