江阴某轮自沉事故分析

Analysis of the Reasons for the Self-sink Accident of in Jiangyin Waterway

通过对江阴沿海水域发生的重大等级的水上交通事故进行调查分析，总结事故原因。针对事故特点，从提供气象预警信息服务、落实船舶进出港报告制度、加强对船舶的安全检查指导力度、建设VTs设施、加强对航运企业和船舶的安全宣传等方面提出预防和减少事故发生的管理对策。

Through investigation of the major level of water traffic aeeidents in the coastal waters of Jiangyin, the causes of the accident were analyzed. Some management countermeasures to prevent and reduce occurrence of similar accidents were pro- posed, from views of weather warning information service, safety guidance efforts, construction of VTS facilities, to enhancement of safety publicity for shipping enterprises and so on.
